House Clearances In Stoke-on-Trent

The First Step in Every Successful Refurbishment

Most projects in Stoke-on-Trent start the same way. The property needs clearing before any real work can begin.

We provide house clearances in Stoke-on-Trent for landlords, developers and property managers who need properties cleared properly so refurbishment, letting or sale can move forward without delay.

From void properties to full renovation projects, we remove furniture, waste and damaged materials, leaving a clean and open space ready for the next stage. Our team works quickly and in a structured way, helping you avoid the delays and disruption that often come with poorly managed clearances.

Everything is handled from start to finish, including responsible disposal, so you have one team taking care of the job.

If you need house clearances in Stoke-on-Trent, we are ready to help you get your project started.

Supporting Stoke-on-Trent Business

As active members of The Staffordshire Chambre of Commerce, we are keen to support our local economy. Which is why we recommend related businesses who share our values, such as Central Glass & Windows, Training and Business Solutions Ltd, and Potteries Artificial Grass & Landscaping.

We also work closely with local charities such as Emmaus North Staffs and the Dougie Mac Hospice.

Supporting The Peter Pan Centre for Children with Special Needs

Established in 1969 as a playgroup for children with disabilities, The Peter Pan Centre is unique to Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, and Cheshire. No other local charity provides the specialist early years support that they do.

They give children with special educational needs the best start in life- while supporting their whole family every step of the way.

Last year 102 children benefitted from their specialist early education, with 100% of them making progress from their starting point.

Just £10 funds that vital first assessment call when specialist staff can find out all about a family and the needs of their child so they can begin their journey with Peter Pan. £20 purchases a specialist sensory toy for one of their children with a disability.

After completing an enabling works project at The Peter Pan Centre earlier this year we couldn’t help but fall in love with the place! The staff, children and volunteers are all amazing and do vital work which is why we are commited to supporting them in every way we can.

We support Peter Pan in 3 ways:

  • Donate items that can be used at the nursery
  • Provide them discounted rates for all our services
  • Fundraising and volunteering
